Core Value

Hi-touch Translation Services

In 1982, John Naisbitt, an American author and public speaker in the area of futures studies, coined the term 'Hi-touch' as a way to preserve humanity in a high-tech society rooted on technology, speed, and information, which also applies to translation. When it comes to translation, 'high-tech' is essential, but more importantly, 'Hi-touch' is a pliable approach with seamless communication to hang on clients' needs and respond to their feedback. Hi-touch has become increasingly emphasized in recent years as the onrush of technological advancements has led to the widespread application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies throughout society, transforming people's lives, relationships, business, and more.
Of note, the role of "Hi-touch" is crucial in hybrid translation based on machine translation post-editing (MTPE).
In the globalized, information society of the 21st century, the need for quality translations is growing as interactions in different languages are shooting up. In addition to translation skills, high-quality translations require an understanding of the background knowledge of specialized documents. This is best achieved when a translator is both a linguist and a generalist with a wealth of translation experiences in various fields.
We are pushing forward a company-wide initiative to provide value beyond the traditional concept of translation. We will be in the forefront of the translation industry with quick response to clients' needs, ceaseless innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit. Thank you!
